1 Head Green cabbage, shredded
4 tomatoes coarsely chopped
2 green onions chopped
1 small white onion chopped
2 bunches cilantro chopped
2 4oz cans Jalapenos chopped (do NOT drain)
1/4 C olive oil
3T rice vinegar
kosher salt
black pepper
1 t garlic powder
2 t cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in large container.
S & P to taste.
Let set for 30 minutes before serving
Best if you let it set overnight to meld flavors.
Serve with tortilla chips or over your favorite dish
