3 cups uncooked macaroni
2 eggs
1/2 C heavy cream
1 1/2 C Milk
S & P
Paprika
1 T dry Mustard
1 C smoked Cheddar cheese shredded (a must)
6-8 oz velvetta
1 C sharp cheddar
1 C Colby and monteray Jack shredded

Preheat oven 350deg. Cook Macaroni until just al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large bowl mix milk, cream and cheeses (except sharp cheddar).
Add S & P to taste (free to add other spices such as onion powder, garlic powder etc). When content with the taste of milk mixture, add in eggs. Butter a 9x13 pan. Add macaroni to dish. Pour cheese mix all over it. Top with smoked cheddar. Bake 35-45 mins. Do Not overbake. Might be jiggly when you take it out. It will set up as it cools. Cool 10-15 then serve.

*****10-15 mins before Done, I added 1 cup Panko bread crumbs and 4 T. butter to make to crispy crust on top. Makes it extra yummy
