4 cups sugar
2 cups water
2 cups strong coffee
1/2 oz. vanilla
½ cup good instant coffee
2 cups Vodka or like me use everclear

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the water and the strong coffee to a boil. Take 1/2 cup of boiling water/coffee out and set aside. Add sugar and stir until all of the sugar has dissolved. Mix the ½ cup water/coffee you set aside with the instant coffee stir well. Stir into the sugar mixture.
Let cool. This is very important. You have to be able to feel no warmth to it at all.
When cool add vanilla and vodka.
It is ready.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I started to make this years ago and gave it for Christmas. I am asked for it a lot. If I make it now I use a little less sugar and it still taste good. Getting the containers to store it is the only hard part.
