2 cups sugar
2/3 c light Corn syrup
3/4 water
1 t flavoring--your choice
10 drops food coloring- your choice

Directions:

Mix 1st three ingredients in a heavy sauce pan. Boil without stirring and temperature reaches 310deg, (use candy thermometer). Remove from
heat. Stir in flavoring and coloring.

Pour onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Cool completely. Break into pieces. Dust with powdered sugar if desired. This will keep it from sticking together.
