1 package refrigerated pie crust (2 crusts), at room temperature
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 12-oz. package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (about 2 2/3 c.)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Line bottom of 9-inch pie plate with 1 pie crust.

In a bowl mix soup, milk, cooked chicken and vegetables. Spoon mixture into the pie plate. Sprinkle cheese on top of soup mixture. Place the remaining crust over the filling. Crimp edges of the bottom and top crusts together. Using a sharp knife, cut several slits in the top crust.

Bake in a 400º oven for 35-45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
