1 c. butter, softened,
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. coarsley crushed potato chips
3/4 c. coarsley crushed pretzels
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. white chocolate

Preheat oven to 350º F. Combine butter and sugar and with mixer on medium-high until light and fluffy. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Gradually add flour and mix well. Stir in potato chips and pretzels. Shape tablespoons of dough into 3-inch logs. Put onto ungreased sheet, 1 1/2 apart. Bake 14-18 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely on baking sheet. Heat chocolate chips in microwave for 30 seconds and then stir. Repeat until melted. Dip one end of each cookie in chocolate and place on wax paper. Refrigerate about 10 minutes until firm. Heat white chocolate the same way, until melted. Dip other end in white chocolate and chill until firm.
