2-3 lb carrots sliced and cooked
1 large onion sliced
1 large green pepper sliced
1 can tomato soup
1 c sugar
1/2 c vegetable oil
3/4 c vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook diagonally sliced carrots in salted water. Bring sugar, vegetable oil, and vinegar to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Pour over cooled carrots. Add onion, green pepper, and tomato soup to carrot mixture. Place in jar.
