2 cups diced potatoes
1⁄2 cup minced onion
1 chopped celery
1 1⁄2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
2 cans minced clams
2 cups milk
3 teaspoons flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 6 ingredients with the juice from the clams.

Cook gently until potatoes are tender.

Add clams.

Mix milk and flour.
Stir into soup.
