1 3—oz. pkg. cream cheese dash red pepper
8 oz. sharp process 1/4 c. finely crushed
American cheese , pecans
shredded (2 c 1 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. lethon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. paprika

Let cheese stand at room temperature to soften; com— bine cheeses, lemon juice, garlic powder, and red pepper; beat with mixer till light and fluffy. Stir in nuts. Shape in a roll about 1 1/2 in. across. Mix chili powder and paprika. Roll in chili powder and paprika. Chill. Before serving, slice and serve with crackers. NOTE: Be sure to use this cheese, as directed. Others not taste the same.

My whole family request this every Christmas. Some live away and can not get
this cheese, so it is always a treat for them. Plus it is so easy.Make many batches. You will need it.
