1 cup flour
1 stick butter
1/2 cup pecans
1 oz pkg Cream Cheese
1 cup sugar
1 container cool whip
2 (3-4 oz) package chocolate pudding
Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer:
Mix together 1 cup flour, 1 stick melted butter and 1/2 cup pecans. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan and Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees and Cool

2nd Layer:
Blend together: 1 pkg Cream Cheese, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip (or whipped cream) and spread over cooled crust

3rd Layer:
Make Chocolate pudding according to package directions, Cool and Spread over 2nd layer

4th Layer:
Top with 1 cup of Cool Whip (or whipping cream) and top with chopped Pecans
