1 lb. ground beef
1 cup diced onions
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup sliced carrots
2 cloves garlic
1 16 oz can diced tomatoes
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 15 oz can red kidney beans, undrained
3 cups water
5 tsp. beef bouillon granules
1 T dried parsley flakes
1 tsp salt
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp sweet basil
¼ tsp. black pepper
2 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup fresh or frozen green beans
½ cup small elbow macaroni
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, rinse with warm water and drain. Add all ingredients except cabbage, green beans and macaroni. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer 20 minutes. Add cabbage, macaroni and green beans. Bring back to boil and simmer until vegetable are tender.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese when serving.
