2 lbs Meat (pork/beef/chicken breast)

Marinate:
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbls Oil (peanut or vegetable)
1 tsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbls Water
1 Tbls Molasses
2 Smashed Garlic Cloves or 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Shredded Gingerroot

Dipping Sauce:
1/2 Cup Hot Water
2/3 Cup Chunky Peanutbutter
3 Tbls Lemon Juice
2 Tbls Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Put all marinate items in jar and shake, Pour over cubed meat in plastic bag. Refrigerate for at least two hours or better yet, overnight.

Take same jar and pour dipping sauce ingredients in and shake vigorously. Store in refrigerator, if too thick at serving time, add hot water to thin and shake.
