1 loaf rich's bread dough
Sandwich style pepperoni (not mini)
Provolone cheese (deli slices)
Shredded mozzarella cheese

Topping:
1 egg
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Follow the directions for thawing and raising of bread dough. Roll out dough as thin as possible. Brush egg and Parmesan mixture onto the dough. Place pepperoni on dough; then provolone cheese. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of provolone. Roll into loaf and place on cookie sheet. Brush top with egg and Parmesan mixture. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
