8 cups bread cubes (plain or cornbread cubes)
1 1/2 c celery, chopped
3/4 c onion, chopped
2 (8oz) cans oysters with liquid ( cut up if preferred)
1/2 butter, melted
2 t salt
1 t pepper
1 t sage
1 t poultry seasoning
1/2 t thyme
1/2 c evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, butter, oyster liquid in pan
combine bread cubes, celery, onion spices, and oysters
add liquid and stir.
stuff poultry or place in greased foil lined baking dish
Bake 350 deg for 1 hour, or until poultry is done
