1/2 c. Butter (1 stick)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Add bananas, nuts, sour cream.
Grease loaf pan. Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour or less. Test with tooth pick.
Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool.

Use 1 large bread pan or 2 pans 7 1/2 X 3 3/4 X 2 1/4 in.
If bananas are frozen, warm before putting them in the batter.
