1 large box Banquet Fried Chicken or Bucket of KFC extra crispy chicken
1-2 cups mayonaise
1 bunch green grapes
2 bunches green onions
2-3 tbls. curry powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook box of Banquet fried chicken per instructions on box. Chill after cooking or use the KFC for even easier preparation. Once chilled, pull the chicken off the bone and cut into bite sized pieces.
Chop green onions including the green part and
cut green grapes in half.
Put all into a large bowl and add mayonaise until you have the consistancy you want. Add curry powder and stir together.

Great salad. If you drive through KFC it's even easier. I've also used chicken fingers and that's really easy.
