2 C flour
1 C margarine (I use 1/2 C butter, 1/2 C shortning)
1/2 C liquid (orange juice)
1/4 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut margaine into flour & salt with pastry blender until medium fine. Add ice cold liquid a little at a time, mixing with a fork. (I usually don't use all the liquid)
Refrigerate until firm.
Roll out between floured sheets of wax paper

The orange juice makes for a nice golden crust

I received this recipe in the mail from Pat Peterson's mother. (He and Debby became in-laws in 1980) It was a chain letter for recipes and this was the only one I received. It is a great pie crust.
