2 c flour
2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour and sugar in large bowl. Bring to boil the butter, Crisco, water, and cocoa. Pour cocoa mixture into flour/sugar mixture and let cool. Add the cinnamon, vanilla and the eggs and beat one minute. Pour the buttermilk/soda mixture in and beat until all ingredients are incorporated. Pour into prepared 9 x 13 pan that has been either sprayed with PAM or BAKER'S JOY - or just greased and floured lightly. Bake at 375º for 30 to 35 minutes.

ICING - About 5 minutes before cake is done, bring 2/3 stick butter, 4 Tbsp milk, and 2 scant Tbsp cocoa to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and beat in enough confectioners sugar for spreading consistency. Stir in 1 tsp vanilla and 1 cup chopped nuts and spread on hot cake.

Personal Notes:
When our family visits, they always want me to make this cake. Since it is so good served cold, I keep one in the freezer for them or for unexpected visitors. Enjoy!
