1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
3 T. oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium tomato, cut into 1/2 by 1 inch pieces
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
2 T. garlic, chopped
2 T. pesto sauce
1 lb. angel hair pasta, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Heat large frying pan or wok on medium heat; cover bottom of pan with oil. Add onions and cook until lightly brown and transparent. Add garlic, chopped pepper, and tomato; cook until pepper is slightly softened. Stir frequently. Add shrimp, spinach, and pesto sauce; cook 3-4 minutes until shrimp is done.

Serve over angel hair pasta, making sure to use all the juice.
