2 Eggs, beaten
1 C Karo Syrup (the recipe doesn't say, but I am assuming White
Karo)
1/8 t Vanilla
1 C Sugar
2 T Butter
1 ea Unbaked pie shell
1 C Pecans (I usually use more)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together, adding pecans last. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400º for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.

I would definitely bake this on a cookie sheet as it tends to bubble over. Mother burned two pies one year because we were trying to clean up all the eggs PC broke in the utility room. He was about 3 at the time and was having a great time watching the eggs splat on the floor. If I remember correctly, it was about 4 dozen. What a mess!
