1 tbsp veg egg
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. Jovial Einkorn Wheat
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients

Shape dough into balls, then transfer to parchment lined baking sheets.

Bake in preheated 350º oven for 15 mins or until golden brown
