1/4c Butter,cubed
1/2c all-purpose flour
1 can (14 1/2 oz) Chicken broth
3/4c milk
2-1/2c cubed cooked pork
2-1/2c frozen broccoli-cauliflower blend
1-1/2c (6 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Dash pepper
1 sheet frozed puff pastry, thawed
1 egg, beaten

In a lg. saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually add broth & milk. Bring to a boil; cook & stir for 2 mins. or until thickened. Add the pork,veggies,cheese,seasoned salt,&pepper, heat through.
Transfer to a greased 11-in.x7-in. baking dish. On a lightly floured surface, roll the pastry into a rectangle to fit the pan. Place over the pork mixture. Brush with beaten egg.
Bake, uncovered at 425' for 18-22 mins. or until golden brown. Let stand for 5 mins. before cutting.
