6 – 8 Granny Smith apples
½ cup butter, softened
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar
¾ cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut up apples. Put into a 9 x 13 casserole pan.
Mix and blend other ingredients together with a pastry cutter until crumbly.
Pour topping over apples and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

This recipe is so easy; I even made it in college. It always makes me feel at home and closer to my mom. It's best with vanilla ice cream.
