1Ib imitation crab
1 sleeve crackers
1 stick butter, melted
1 8oz bottle clam juice
Dash of celery seed
3-4 dashes (or more to taste) Old Bay Seasoning
Dash Worcestershire sauce (if desired)
Lemon juice (if desired)

1 1/2 - 2 Ibs Haddock
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
Put crab and crackers in chopper & chop up
Mix crab, crackers, butter, clam juice, celery seed & Old Bay in a bowl
Place Haddock in baking dish & put stuffing between fish fillets
Sprinkle fish with Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice & Old Bay as desired
Bake for 10-15 minutes
