Dough

2 eggs
1 c. warm milk
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. granulated sugar
4 1/2 c. bread flour
2 1/2 tsp. yeast

Filling

1 c. packed brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon (Costco's is best)
1/3 c. softened butter


Cream Cheese Icing

1 stick softened butter
1/2 c. cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Add first 7 ingredients in the following order in the bread machine: flour, sugar, salt, butter, eggs, warm milk and yeast. the milk should not be over 103 degrees. Start the bread machine on "dough" or "manual" to start the machine.
2. When dough is finished, let stand for 10 minutes then roll out on floured board. Roll into a 18" wide and 22" long rectangle with a thickness about 1/4 inch.
3. Mix the filling ingredients (ONLY brown sugar and cinnamon) and stir well until mixed.
4. Spread 1/3 c. butter (I usually use more) all over the dough.
5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture all over the butter.
6. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
7. Roll up the dough jelly-roll fashion (lengthwise). Cut into 1 inch slices.
8. Spray non-stick cooking spray in baking dish. Arrange about 1 inch apart. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes.
9. Bake for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
10. While they are baking, combine icing ingredients. Once baked, ice immediately. then enjoy!!!
