Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
6 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 1/2 cups quick cooking oatmeal
Wax paper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan slowly over medium high heat. Add milk, sugar and cocoa. Bring to a boil, boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and blend well. Add oatmeal 1 cup at a time, stirring well.

Note: I will sometimes add a bit more or less oatmeal based on the consistency. If the batter appears too "shiny", I add more oatmeal, about 1/4 cup at a time or they won't set up well. However, if you add too much oatmeal, they will be too dry and will crumble.

Drop by tablespoon full onto wax paper to cool. Remove from wax paper and place in air-proof container if there are any left!
