Ingredients:
Turkey
Crisco
Lawry's seasoning salt
Pepperidge farm stuffing
heavy foil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash turkey, place it on roasting pan with foil covering it. Take hands pull back skin over breast and leg area. Stuff Crisco in-between skin and meat, more the better. Kinda spread it out best you can. Season with Lawry's. Stuff with prepared Pepperidge farm stuffing. This is the trick that Roland says kinda pressure cooks the whole thing, wrap turkey up like football. Don't tent not loose but wrap up tight. Cook suggested time for size turkey on package, if you like dark skin, unwrap and brown it up last half hour. DON'T OVER COOK!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I watched Mom make this every holiday, Her turkey was so moist , cross between, Crisco and wrapping it up tight I guess, always amazed when people say they don't care for turkey cause its so dry. I use this recipe an always moist , more Crisco the better, lol. I also stuff minced garlic under skin.
