15oz can refried beans
16 oz sour cream
1 pkg taco seasoning
3 c shredded cheddar
2-3 tomatoes diced
1 small can sliced olives
1 bunch green onions sliced
about a 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
I small lime
8-12 oz guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
layer beans into a 9x13 pan, spread over this with guacamole, mix sour cream and taco mix together, and spread over guac.
cover this with shredded cheese
in small bowl add tomato, olives, green onion cilantro and juice from lime, toss. then layer this over sour cream mixture
serve with tortilla chips

I am not really sure of the amount of guacamole, i use a package of guac from Costco. You just want about 1/2 inch to almost an inch layer...
