1 cup plus 1 tbl Butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 square unsweetned chocolate
1 T vanilla
1 egg beaten
2 c graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1 cup coconut
2 T vanilla instant pudding
3 T milk
2 c powdered sugar
6 oz choc chips

Directions:
1st layer, 9x13 pan
1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup gran sugar, 1 squ. chocolate, 1 T vanilla, combine in sauce pan and cook 3 mins on low. Take off stove and stir in beaten egg. then cook 5 mins more on low, remove from heat stir in graham crax crumbs walnuts and coconut, press into buttered pan cool.
2nd layer
2 T vanilla pudding mix, 3 T milk, 2 c powdered sugar and 1/2 c butter, mix with mixer and spread over 1st layer. cool in fridge
3rd layer
6 oz chocolate chips, 1 tbl butter, melt together over low heat or in microwave, may add some milk to thin, spread over 2nd layer, cool in fridge. Cut into small squares.
