1 cup carrots (blended in food processor)
1 cup of green onion (blended)
3 eggs
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground pepper

Mix together in a food processor

Buy “Lumpia Wrapper” or “Won Ton Wrapper” in Grocery store by tofu section. (Or in any oriental store.)
