1/2 Stick Margarine
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
4 to 5 Slices of Pineapple for each of 2 cake pans.

Batter:
1/2 Stick Margarine
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Cup Flour
2 tbsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1/2 Cup or less of Milk or Pineapple Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in bottom of cake pan. Stir in brown sugar and place pineapple on top of mixture.
Combine cake ingredients, pour over pineapple mixture and bake until toothpick. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Invert cake onto plate after cooled for 5 to 10 minutes.
