SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:
1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup White Vinegar
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
5 tbsp. Oil
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Dash of Ginger
2 tsp Cornstarch mixed with 4 tbsp. Cold Water
Good over Stir Fry.

FOOLPROOF DUMPLINGS:
2 Cups Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Water
Beat egg and water. Stir in remaining ingredients to for stiff dough.
Spoon into boiling broth and cook.

MAGIC MIX FOR SOUP:
4 Cups Nonfat Dry Milk, 1 Cup Flour
1 Cup (2 sticks) Butter or Margarine
Mix together until corn meal texture. Keep tightly covered in refrigerator.
Cream Soups: 4 Cups water, 2 Cups Magic Mix, 1 tsp salt. Stir over medium heat until thickened then add one of these vegetables: 3 cups Carrots mashed: 3 potatoes cooked and chopped, 1 tbsp. onion, 1 pkg. spinach or 1 can cream style corn.

DRESSING FOR POTATO SALAD:
2 Eggs, 1/3 Cup Vinegar
1/3 Cup Water, 1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dry Mustard, 2/3 Cup Sugar.
Cook all until it boils slowly. Cook and add 1 quart of Miracle Whip.
Refrigerate.
