1 Cup (dry pasta) Acine DiPepe, cook & drain
1 Large Can (20 oz) Crushed Pineapple, reserve juice
1 Large Can (20 oz) Chunk Pineapple, reserve juice
2 Small (8 oz) Cans Mandarin Oranges, reserve juice
1 (8 oz) Cool Whip©

Additional fruit is optional (Strawberries make a yummy addition)

Sauce
1 Cup Sugar
1 3/4 Cup of Reserved juice
2 Eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp Flour

--Prepare all ingredients.
--In large sauce pan; add ingredients for sauce. Cook on medium until thick.
--Mix prepared Dipepe in sauce.
--Refrigerate over night, or at least 8 hours.
--Add remaining ingredients; Fruit & cool whip.
--Chill for an hour before serving.
