5 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 pkt (4 1/2 tsp) dry yeast (fast acting)
2 cup very warm water (110º) put in microwave 30 seconds
1/3 cup oil (canola)

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl of mixer w/dough hook, add flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Pour in warm water and oil. Mix for 5 minutes. Dough will be very sticky. Spray counter and 2 bread pans with non-stick spray. Shape loaves, place in pans and cover with dish towel. Let rise 25 minutes. Bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
