4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 cups milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, salt and vanilla. Scald milk and pour slowly over egg mixture. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour custard into cups or large bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Set bowl (or cups) in a pan and pour hot water around them. Bake at 325º for approximately 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted into the center of the custard.
