Crust:
1/2 cup hot water
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/4 cups flour

For the sauce:
1 (28oz) can whole tomatoes, drain off liquid
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Crust:
Put 1/2 cup of hot water in a medium bowl. Sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoons of yeast in water. Let this sit for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes add 1 and 1/4 cups of flour, 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix together until it forms into a loose ball. Put this on a floured surface and knead, adding flour if needed. Shape into a ball and invert bowl to cover. Let dough rise for 30 minutes.

For the sauce:
Place drained tomatoes and all other ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth. This makes enough for 2 pizzas so out extra in a covered container and refrigerate. It should keep about 2 weeks.
