1 1/2 pounds cod fillets (or Basa)
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp oil
1 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp finely chopped sun dried tomatoes (packed in oil)
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)

Directions:

Broil cod about five minutes or unti lcooked. Season with salt and pepper.

In small saucepan, melt butter with oil over low heat. Add vinegar and sun dried tomatoes; cook until heated through, about one minute. Remove from heat and stir in parsley. Spoon over cod and serve.
