2 Tbsp veg oil
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger
3 cups broccoli floweretes
2 cups caulifloweretes
3 Tbsp chicken stock
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 red or green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
In wok, heat vegetable oil over high heat. Add ginger. As soon as it sizzles, add broccoli and cauliflower. Stir fry until coated with oil. Add chicken stock; cover and cook for two minutes.

Add mushrooms and pepper strips; stir fry one to two minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp. Stir in oyster sauce and sesame oil.
