Smoked turkey wings (a lot, if you like meat)
1 Bunch greens (any kind you like, or, a mix of greens)
1-3 Pork flavoring packet(s)
Black pepper
Red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. sugar (or, to taste)
Vinegar for dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Boil turkey wings for a few hours, until they ALMOST fall off the bone. Add the washed, chopped OR unchopped greens to the pot. Add the pork packet(s), black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Boil for an hour or so. Add sugar; cook for a while, then serve plain, with a tsp. of vinegar, or with corn bread.
