2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter softened (2 sticks)
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 T. Amaretto liqueur
2 tsp. almond extract
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. sweetened flake coconut (optional)
1 c. sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In large bowl beat butter and sugars until creamy. Beat in eggs, amaretto, and extract. Reduce speed to low and add flour mixture until blended. Stir in chocolate chips, coconut, and almonds. Drop dough by tablespoons 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until golden around edges. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
