Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Sherry Vintage wine
½ teaspoon Mustard powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ to 1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Anchovies, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Start with a mixture of Romaine and head lettuce. I use Romaine but the head lettuce gives the salad a contrast in color. This is a recipe that you have to taste as you go, as you can add to it or not, according to your own taste. Mix the dressing ingredients together and add to greens-or you can just pass the dressing separately and let your guest garnish their own salads.

SERVE IMMEDIATELY!!!

You can buy croutons, ready made for Caesar salad or make your own. Buy the unseasoned croutons, place butter in a skillet to melt, then add ½ to 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix, then add croutons and keep stirring around until lightly browned. You have to keep a close watch as they brown fast!!!
