Dough:
4 cups flour
2 cups butter
4 egg yolks beaten
1 cup sour cream

Filling:
1 1/4 lb. walnuts, ground
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour and butter. Add egg yolks and sour cream Knead until smooth.

Combine nuts, sugar, milk, flavoring. Preheat oven to 400. Roll out 1/4 of dough on a floured surface. Cut into 3 inch squares. Place a tblsp or so of the filling on the square then fold into triangle and seal. Now, mix 1 egg with a tsp of water to make an egg wash. Brush each cookie with this and sprinkle with some powdered sugar. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Makes a lot of cookies.
