1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter
I cup cooking oil
2 eggs
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1teaspoon vanilla
 
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter, oil, eggs, & vanilla until creamy. Add dry ingredients. Chill! Take 2 tsp and raked [about 1 inch ball] onto cookie sheet, dip glass in sugar & flatten. Bake at 350 until light brown
