1 lb fresh asparagus, cut into 1 inch sections
4 tbsp sweet butter
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 lb crabmeat
2 whole scallions, chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb fettuccini noodles
Freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Steam asparagus for 5 minutes. Melt butter in saucepan and add asparagus sections and stir to coat with butter.

Add cream and cook until slightly thickened. Add the crab, scallions, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles. Sprinkle parm cheese over pasta dish.
