Chicken breasts pounded
1 package sliced mushrooms
1/4 chopped onion
2 oz sherry wine
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicien in fry pan. Add a little water to cover bottom. Saute on both sides until medium ccooked. Add rest of ingredients and cook until finished.
