1 c. water
1/2 c. soften margarine
1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

ICING
1/2 c. soft margarine
6 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate
4 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, margarine, and chocolate.Cook over medium heat,bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Mix flour and sugar together and add to chocolate mixture. Beat in eggs, sour cream and a blend of soda and salt. Turn into a greased 15 by 10 by 1 jelly roll pan. Bake at 375º for 20 t0 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.Frost while warm.


FROSTING
Combine margarine, milk and chocolate in a sauce pan. Set over medium heat and bring to a boil; boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, adding gradually, and beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla.When cake has cooled frost.
