CRUST
1/4 c. butter one margarine
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped pecans

FILLING
4 oz, cream cheese softened
1/2 c, unsifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 c. cool whip

PUDDING
1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice

CRUST
Mix ingredients together. Press into bottom of an 8 in. square pan. Bake 15 min. at 300º or until lightly brown.

FILLING
Whip cream cheese in mixer until fluffy. Add sugar and lemon. blend well. Fold
in cool whip. Spread on crust.

PUDDING
Prepare pudding according to directions but use only 1 1/2 c. milk instead of 2.
Spread over cream cheese filling.
Top with cool whip- chill. Sprinkle with finely chopped pecans.
