1 chicken/roast beef
1 dozen flour tortillas
¼ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. chili powder
Salt
Pepper
¼ cup chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken or strip meat from bones. Mix all ingredients above with chicken/beef. Fill the tortillas with mixture. Roll up and insert toothpicks to secure. Deep fry.
Place on top of a bed of shredded lettuce. Garnish with tomatoes, black olives, shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream and serve.
