3 lbs of chicken breast cut into pieces
Flour for dredging
1 egg beaten
2 tbsp butter
2 oz fresh mushrooms
1 scallion sliced
black pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
Romano cheese to taste
Fettuccini noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken pieces in flour and egg. Blanch in oil,. Then saute with butter, mushrooms, and scallions for about 5-7 minutes. Add cream, cheese and black pepper to taste. Continue cooking until right before the sauce boils. Pour over fettuccini noodles.
