tomatoes (as many as you want)
canning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash tomatoes. Place in hot water bath until peelings begin to separate. Put tomatoes in cold water, then peel off skins and core. Cut into big sections. Bring tomatoes to a boil. Have jars washed and ready. Put tomatoes in jars and put in canning salt (1t for quart jars and 1/2t for pint jars). Cover with lids and rings. Set aside to seal. Always check later to see if jars sealed.
